Mandraki Village

Mandraki is the port capital of Nisyros and the arrival point for ferries from Kos.

When you arrive by boat from Kos, Mandraki is your first stop. Most day tours allocate time here before or after visiting the Stefanos crater.

The village features traditional whitewashed architecture and narrow alleys. From the harbor, buses and rental vehicles depart for the 25 to 30-minute drive up the mountain to the volcano.
